Hearing Set For Accounting of Jackson Estate

Back in July of 2012 attorneys for Katherine Jackson filed a request with the co-executors of Michael Jackson's estate for Production of Supporting Documents for Account Current to ascertain exactly what the money from the estate is being used to pay for. It's not that they didn't provide an accounting, which they did, it seems Katherine wants to see detailed documentation that supports that accounting.

This seems like a reasonable request, but the co-executors John Branca and John McClain don't seem to agree and have refused to produce the documentation based on the grounds that the request is too vague and ambiguous. And they will not produce the documents without a protective order that governs the access and use of those confidential documents. Therefore, a probate court hearing has been set for September 20 in front of Judge Mitchell Beckloff.
