L.A. County Judge Orders Welfare Report of Jackson Children

In light of the recent turmoil involving the guardianship of Michael Jackson's children a judge has ordered a probe into their well being.

On Friday, Judge Mitchell Beckloff of the Los Angeles Superior Court, appointed a probate investigator that will make an 'unannounced' visit to the Jackson home to interview Michael's three children: Prince Michael, Paris, and Blanket. The investigator will then report directly back to judge Beckloff.

This comes on the heels of reports that T.J. Jackson, who was awarded temporary guardianship last week, will seek more permanent joint custody of the children with Katharine Jackson. An arrangement that she is said to agree with, but she will maintain control over the financial aspects of the children's trust distributions.

Michael's brother, Randy, continues to publicly accuse the executors of the estate of fraud over Michael's signature on his will. And has even gone as far to say that he believes the executors are trying to take Katharine's life! Obviously, these allegations are nothing to be taken lightly. And perhaps were a factor in judge Beckloff's decision to assess the well being of the children and the environment in which they are living.
